The objective of the allaboutuni.com website is to help you select your future university. We want you to choose the right university, the one where you will feel comfortable and where there is a good blend of academic support, extracurricular activities, friendliness and safety.

An important selection criteria when choosing a university is the university campus, a home where you will spend one, two, three or more years of your life. A central aspect of the allaboutuni.com website (under the heading 'Pictures') is therefore the presentation of campus pictures. These are usually not university-produced pictures but photographs submitted by amateur photographers. As the saying goes, "A picture says more than a thousand words".

We have also developed a questionnaire (under the heading 'Opinions') so that students can provide feedback on their university experience and share this with persons who are thinking of studying at the university. Summary statistics are created with the responses and these are compared to other universities around the world.

Another feature of the allaboutuni.com website is the discussion forums (under the heading 'Discussions'), where users can discuss their university experiences online.

The website highlights the top 500 universities in the world, as identified by the Institute of Higher Education at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University [click here]. However, we welcome contributions from all universities and institutes of higher education around the world.
